Exam Takers: This is true for both webinar and in-person participants.
The exam in only available online and is optional. You only need to take the exam if you’re working on the designation. The exam window will be Monday at 12:01 AM Central through Thursday at 11:59 pm Central the week following the CRM. For participants who attend a CRM classroom (in-person) course, you will need to submit your proctor request prior to the end of the class through your National Alliance account at www.scic.com, just as with a webinar course. This will be discussed at the end of day one's exam briefing (5:15-5:30 pm). More information will be given, as well as a link to the class recording, at the end of day two.
