Welcome to PIA VA/DC’s Annual Trade Fair & Convention. Attending the convention is a great opportunity to network with people in our business and strengthen existing connections. It's a break from the typical workday where you can discuss insurance outside of the workplace and discover fresh prospects and market developments.

We look forward to having Scott White, Commisioner of the Virginia State Corporation Commission's Bureau of Insurance; Ariel Rivera, PIA National President; Kristen H. Martin, President & CEO of Utica National Insurance Company; Heath Shearon, Mayor/Host/Emcee, as speakers this year.

In addition to Music Bingo, we'll have fun at Smartmouth Brewing Co. with a Cornhole Tournament, and many other networking opportunities. Join us in Virginia Beach and "Rock the Block" in your killer 80's outfit!

  • All guests are to make reservations directly by calling Hilton Central Reservations Line 757-213-3000, identifying themselves as members of PIA 2025 Conference.  Group Code 91D.
  • You may also make reservations online using this link. 
  • PIA room block is Monday, 6/2/25 through Thursday, 6/5/25.  
  • PIA group rates are available until Tuesday, 5/6/2025 (cut-off date) or before if room block is full.
  • Reservations made after this date will only be accepted on a room and rate availability basis.
  • Rates: City View $239 / Partial Ocean View $259.
  • All guestroom rates are subject to state and locate taxes plus a per night occupancy tax. Taxes are subject to change without notice. 
  • For triple and quadruple occupancy, there is a $20 additional charge per adult (18 years or older) per room per night, with maximum occupancy of four (4) persons per room.  
  • Refer to your hotel confirmation for all hotel policies.
