This course, led by PIA Northeast's Director of Government & Industry Affairs Bradford J. Lachut, Esq., will provide insurance producers with a current, practical overview of insurance issues arising from the legalization and commercialization of cannabis.

While cannabis remains federally illegal, rapid state-level legalization, emerging federal reforms, and new product categories—especially THC-infused beverages—have created evolving risks and coverage gaps across both commercial and personal lines.
